Cannot connect to email

Today I cannot access my email. I login and it keeps going back and forth between logging in and waiting. Goes back and forth endlessly. This happens on 3 browsers I tried. It was working fine this morningi, then all of a sudden, it does not work.

I'm in webmail now but the arrow in the mail list keeps spinning.  The Refresh icon also does nothing.

No. I called Cox Complete Care and they said that they are still migrating customers and are continuing to do so and short temporary interruptions may still occur, They said that they did not have an ETA for completion.

try clearing cached files and cookies, and then go to cox and login then go to email using links instead of a saved url.
