can anyone get the id me to work for the ebb program
the id me cox wants you to go threw to prove you were appoved for ebb program does not work trying for almost 2 weeks says cant verify me

It won't work for me either, customer service at Cox usually pretends not to know what I'm talking about, customer service at id.me is non-existent. I reported them to the FCC. You can contact the FCC about the EBB at broadbandbenefit@fcc.gov and EBBHelp@usac.org
