I have been with Cox for a few months now. I have not manually set up any blocked webpages. Tonight I got this error while browsing the web - 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "">http://www.academy.com/?" on this server.

The web page worked initially and then produced this error. This error appears on any browser and even while using my phone.
