2 Internet Lines

I just need just two internet lines we already have the equipment both coax and fiber

The fast answer is no. The system at Cox, doesn't allow for Coax internet feed, if there is a fiber connection. If you need a backup internet to the fiber connection, my suggestion would be to get a router that allows dual internet connections, and then for the second connection, use a mobile hotspot to ethernet to feed the router, and then if you happen to lose the fiber, you can activate the hotspot to feed the router until the fiber is back online. 

Ok so I’ve contacted cox and they told me that i need to set up a roommate account so i did but it is not compatible with fiber so we have two coaxial modems on the same line but when say for instance somebody is playing a heavy game that requires a lot of bandwidth would that also slow down my speeds in the roommate account because we are sharing one coax line split into two?
