FED UP with customer service

Switching to cox mobile was the worst decision I made.  Had AT&T for years with ZERO issues, switched because it was supposed to be cheaper to bundle mobile and internet. 

the took both my phones but have only credited my account for one trade in and after almost 10 months of back and forth and empty promises to resolve the issue I’m told I have to go back to the original store to have them redo it. 

I work full time and have a part time job.  I don’t have time to deal with this and trying to get a su[Edited as per community Guidelines]isor or customer service on the phone gets someone in another country that all they do is says “I see on your account “ I’m like “yes, I already told you this, I don’t need you to repeat the same thing.”

Need someone with authority to contact me.
