Why was SPEED channel dropped? This is a disastrous move for Cox to make here in the south!

SPEED channel has been replaced here in the Hampton Roads, VA market with Fox Sports and I do not understand why.  I cannot receive SPEED on any of our HD TVs, and this is tearing at our special-needs child who absolutely loves motorsports  I read some other posts where it was a matter of being a digital signal, but isn't my Cox HD-box service digital?

I've long enjoyed my service from Cox, but this change means I will start researching other service providers.
