Why must Web Mail Client time out?
I can open the web client to Hotmail, which I pay nothing for, and I never have to log in again. It stays active forever.
But Cox's web client... which I pay for... times out every 10 or 15 minutes, forcing me to log in umpteen times a day.
WHY????

This is part of a security feature to help prevent unauthorized usage. Particularly if you're accessing it from a public PC this helps prevent others from gaining access to your account.

I want the option to disable this "feature".

I'm not sure we'd be able to at this time for security reasons but I'll definitely pass your suggestion along.
