why does my internet speed appear to be slower getting on webpages

I thought the internet speed was supposed to increase after 10/15?  I haven't noticed any kind of speed increase.  Actually noticed more of a decrease in speed and ability to access webpages.

Brendon, what city and state are you located in? I can check your area to see if the speeds have increased there yet. Also, we increased speeds for customers who have Preferred or Premier Internet tiers.
