i bookmarked the cox tv listings. I have used this to see what's on at certain times. Now all of a sudden I can't bring up any listings. I log into my account and try to bring up tv listings but when I do, I get a page every time that has a female model looking at her lap top and there are only 2 options for me one of which is tv listings but it's not clickable. The other option is the word is watch. Why is this happening the last few days? It's bad enough our package does not have a on screen listings guide but now not even one I can bring up on the Internet.

I couldn't repeat this using the link here:
http://www.cox.com/myconnection/watch/entertainment/tv-listings.cox
What browser are you using and is this encounter happening on all devices? Have you cleared cookies, history, and reset your browser?

Works for me as well with OE or Firefox. I suspect the OP bookmarked a bad URL.

It's on my iPad. I have for many months been able to access my listings on my iPad till a few days ago. I have done nothing new or added anything on my iPad to cause this.

How do you get there on your Ipad? Are you using a bookmark? Getting there by click/tapping on Cox.net?

I tried it both ways. I tried going to cox.net, logged into my account and still can't get the tv listings.

Why? I don't need to log into my account to see a channel listing. Just go to http://www.cox.com/myconnection/watch/entertainment/tv-listings.cox Make sure your city/zip code is listed on the top right.
If that still isn't working, try clearing your temp files. See here on how. If that still doesn't work, probably a issue with Safari. Do you have any other browser apps on your Ipad? Or can you take a picture?

Cox customer service may very well be the worst in the industry; they have a 24hr tech support line that tells you they are closed, call back during normal hours. Last I checked, 24hrs a day means all day/ night! Why can't you notify your customers to expect poor service and outages without updates or anything else for that matter. My services went out yesterday all afternoon, then as part of family tradition we start watching AChristmas Carol with my daughters, only to have everything cut off 2/3 way through the movie and has NEVER COME BACK UP! Why can't you address your problems in a timely manner? But even worse, your failure to notify customers of these problems is plain unacceptable. Can you say satellite TV?

Internet support is indeed 24/7 however support for sales/billing/video/phone does operate on a limited scheduled. You can visit http://www.cox.com and use the contact link to find more information specific to your area.
