Where is my bill?

I am NOT getting my cox bill.

I NEVER RECEIVED my October Cox bill.  Hence, you will notice, my payment was late. This the the ONLY LATE PAID bill.

As of today, I have not received the December Cox  bill.  I know this because I usually receive it on the last few days of the month.

I now must check my files, and watch out, to make sure I get the bill.  I find this objectional!!!!

I have been at this address for 19 years, I have been with Cox about 15 years!!!!

We are both fortunate I am able to adjust my bill paying habits, so I can pay on time.  BUT... it really is a PROBLEM. and I have enough things to handle other than a bill that may be getting lost in the mail.  Or, what IS HAPPENING??  Any ideas ?

I WILL PAY THE COX BILL ON TIME IF COX CAN GET IT TO ME THE LAST FEW DAYS OF EACH MONTH.  I am NOT INTERESTED in e mail billing.

I am interested as to why this problem is coming up.

I ask that Cox would research this, and GIVE ME AN ANSWER as to what may be the reason. Please contact me, e mail is fine, within 10 working days.
