Westinghouse LED TV won't turn off with COX Universal Remote

This can happen with Universal remotes in general.  Try another code for that brand TV.  I had a similar issue with my Samsung TV.  The power would turn on/off but the volume control would not work.  I tried another Samsung code and everything worked.   Good Luck

If you have the silver DVR remote (URC-7820), the code that should work is 0889. If you have the black DVR remote (URC-8820), the code that should work is 1712.
