As fancy that your web site is other web sites where I pay my bills have this little feature called PRINT but your does not.  Also there is no reference number that is attached to that place that says that I made a payment.

Though you send me a email saying I made the payment my trouble with that is what happens if I don't get that email and then something happens on your side and the payment record is lost.  I had that problem before with another account and if it wasn't for the fact I had a hard copy of the payments I would have been made to make the payments again.

And now I see that this is going to the internet forum and I thought I was sending it to the place where it would get handled in a better manner.
