Watching BTN Network on my Cell or Tablet

I was trying to watch BTN games through the BTN2Go app on my phone or tablet.  When I log in with my Cox Cable information, it says "Sorry, your account does not have access."  But I do have access to BTN through my TV.  Why wouldn't be able to watch BTN through the BTN2Go app?

Does your Cox account have more than one login? You may need to make sure that you are logged in through the primary login.

I only have one login for my account which is the primary.
