Watch TV on my computer

I simply want to watch some programs via my computer.  I have an analog tuner in the computer that allows me to receive the analog channels.  However, I want to be able to watch channels like 10.1, 10.2 etc.  What equipment do I need so that I can do this?

Hi Sawdust,

The channels that you mentioned are digital channels so you would just need to get a digital antenna to be able to view those.

I was hoping there would be a converter box that I could just add to the cable.  That way I could just leave one thing hooked up.  Is there such an item?

Actually in addition to an antenna you would need some sort of device to tune over the air ATSC signals.  You could find more information is available by checking out some of the available computer parts retailers.
