Was the temporary password 369366?
Also, whats the message your getting when entering it? Is it asking for a phone number? Or for the PIN?
If its asking for the phone number, it either means your calling the wrong Voicemail access line or Voicemail isn't on your account, or isn't correctly configured on your account.
If its asking for the PIN and doesn't like the default above, you probably have to contact Cox to get your Voicemail(VM) PIN reset. If your a Authorized user on the account, and have your COX PIN (the one on the bill) then you can call Cox. If not, but have access to the online account, you can reset the VM PIN here.
