It sounds like you've already tried a lot of very useful troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. One more thing I might ask you to try however is to see if you're seeing the same problem on other TVs in your home.

We're actually local to you & have verified this channel is coming in to us with no issues (watching now). This may be an issue affected by the signal to or within your home. In order to look into this further for both of you, we will need to look at your accounts & do a little troubleshooting. Please email our team at cox.help@cox.com & include your full name, street address & a link to your post here.

Ok. Pretty sure I have this figured out but would like confirmation from Bryan43. im betting you have a Verizon cell service. With multiple cell phones in the area of the cable box, any exchange of data on the cell network results in interference and poor signal on tbs. put them in airplane mode and everything is golden. I've tried this with 4 different cell phones, all Verizon, 2 iPhones, 1 Samsung, and one htc. I'm very clear bride to this is my issue, interesting to see if it occurs with others. I wonder if a new Cisco box would help? I have a 8742hdc

I do have Verizon for cell service... and I put the phone on "Airplane" mode and it stops?
I guess I'll have to put my phone in airplane mode ever time I want to watch TBS.... LOL. I didn't have this issue when I have FIOS from Verizon, maybe I'll be switching back to FIOS so I can use my phone at the same time as I'm watching TBS......

Seems to work for me. Do you have the same Cisco box? Let us know if it works.
