Very slow upstream speeds
I've been experiencing issues with slow upstream speeds for a few months. It's not uncommon for me to see 3Mbps upstream speeds. The downstream is fine, so it's not a problem with the modem or the wiring in the house like I was told when I contacted support previously. Here is a screen shot of the speedtest.

It's strange, the modem was turned on with all lights when I arrived home, but there was no wireless signal. The tests were done wireless, but I've had the same results since the service was installed wired or wireless and was previously told that I would have to pay to have a tech look at it. I'm not convinced that it's a home wiring issue due to the rx speeds working fine, they both travel through the same wire so if the wire was bad wouldn't it affect the downstream as well? Anyway I rebooted the modem and this is the result today.

I looked from this end and based on that and the results you've posted it appears your upload speeds are in excess of what you're in billing for. Note that the speeds provisioned are "up to" speeds and can vary at times depending on a variety of factors.

Are you using a wireless or wired connection when you run the speed test? How often are you seeing slow speeds? Have you tried connecting directly to the cable modem to see if there is any improvement to the upload speeds?
