From this end the signal being reported looks a little weak. Are there any cable splitters you can try bypassing to see if that improves?

same issue happening again. seems like modem is trying to reboot/logon then fails and starts all over, lights flash in sequence then all goes out and starts again). Is this a service/network issue or does it sound like a hardware issue?? my devices will "see" the gateway for a moment but will fail at obtaining IP, then tries again as modem reboots. how can I check if there's an outage in my area?? zip 89134? or is this a symptom of a dying DP C3925? gateway has been doing this for hours. I've tried unplugging/replugging but same result.
