UPLOAD SPEEDS PREFFERED LEVEL
My download speeds seem fine ,between 15 to 20 mbps, but my upload speeds are never much above 1.00mbps.
I see the advertised speeds for upload is up to 4.00mbps with power boost. They just changed my modem and this speed is still the same.
Is this normal or should I be getting higher upload speeds ?

Internet speeds can depend on a variety of factors. If you have a router I suggest testing the speeds on multiple devices to see if they all have a problem and even bypassing the router to see if a device connected directly to the modem also experiences the same speeds. This will help further determine just where the problem lies.
