Upgraded to Premier Internet

Hey guys, upgrade my internet to premier some day yesterday figured I'd wait for the speeds to kick in but  still getting 25 down. Rebooted, tried wired. I am using a SB6121 modem

If you are not seeing a change in the speeds with the new tier its more then likely one of two things either the modem's channels not bonding correctly or the service codes there. We can check both if you email us with either the street address or modem's mac address on its label to cox.help@cox.com
