Upgraded from Premier to Ultimate....and got SLOWER

Question

I'm on ultimate now. Getting no faster than 10M download. Did everything tech support talked me through over the phone....no help. I have the DPC 3010 moden. On Premier at least i was getting around 20M somedays. I havent seen anything above 10M since UPGRADING to ultimate. I even completely took my router out of the equation and still no imrpovement. any suggestions???? I requested a tech to come out in 2 days

The signal levels are looking a little high from this end which the technician should be able to address.  I do however also see more than one device attached to the modem.  Can you try testing again with just one device connected?

When you say 10M do you mean 10MB or 10Mb?
