Update Schedule

How do I change when my cable box will update if I do not catch it during the on screen prompt? Just before my cable box upstairs updates it displays on the screen and allows me to change the time but my main box is downstairs. I want to change its update time to reflect the upstairs time so my morning news will stop being interrupted. Thank you, Brian

Hit the Contour button, scroll to the right until the gear (settings) button is highlighted and click OK. Click OK again on Preferences, click OK on General and then scroll all the way down until you see Daily Update Time.
