Unable to get PIN #
I am trying to inquire about my account but you won't let me do anything without my PIN #.
You won't provide my PIN by email. I've been requesting it all day.
You won't provide my PIN by phone. I've called and asked several times now.
You say that my PIN is listed on my bill but when I open the PDF version of my bill all it has is my name and address. It doesn't even have my billing information. I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat (11..0.05) so that is not the issue.
What am I supposed to do?

Are you the account holder? Why do you need the PIN?
And the PDF version of the bill should be a duplicate of your paper bill. Is your PIN on your paper bill? Sometimes if you ask Cox, they will black out your PIN with XXXX, but there should still be a field marked PIN. See example.

I am the account holder. I can't inquire or make any changes to my account if I don't provide the PIN.
I don't receive paper bills. The PDF version is not working properly (for me). All I see is my name, address, and the blue trim of the form. This is not how it's supposed to look but my Adobe is current and this is what I get.
I can't even change back to paper bills without my PIN to see my PIN on the hard copy bill so I'm stuck.

Thanks. I've already tried two different computers but I'll try another one. Trying to get my PIN by phone has not worked which is why I decided to try posting here. I was hoping that Cox personnel were here to address customer issues and questions but I guess that's not the case.
In any case, I appreciate your help.

Maybe ask them to sign into your account and view your bill? If they cant see the PIN either then maybe you need a ticket opened with someone to fix some kind of weird billing issue.
But yea, no Moderator here will probably touch a PIN issue. This is mostly a technical forum.

This is actually something I run into only with Firefox. Firefox uses its own PDF viewer by default in newer versions, called "PDF.js," and it doesn't like our files. I don't know why. I get this with Firefox:
It should work if you hit "open with different viewer" or use Chrome.
