Unable to download pdf bill or print to Adobe
When I try to download my bill, my computer freezes up. When I try to print the bill to Adobe, it actually puts the word 'error' in the file name and freezes up my computer. This has been happening only on my Cox bill, not other files that I save/download to my computer. Is this what the extra charges are for?

When is the last time you Updated your PDF reader. you can veiw / pay your bill on line too w/o Adobe PDF . Just a suggestion is all.
