TV Channel Listings
I am logged in to my COX account and I am on the TV LIstings web page however the channels showing are not for my location (Phoenix, AZ). The Zip Code is correct but the location is showing TUSC_MTC. Up until 3 days ago the location was always PICO_STC_VHUB and all the channels listed were correct then for my area. The other 3 locations in the drop down menu are also not in Phoenix. I tried the locaton Arizona (Default) which is one of the 3 drop down locations and that does not work either. HELP !!!

I was signed in as my Primary email account, your backend data servers appear to be offline most of the time.
I only works about 25% of the time.

Not sure if you were responding to me or "bryaninphx" but to answer your question, yes the channel lineup is correct.
Interesting that in the screen print below sent by "bryaninphx" the location shows PICO_STC_VHUB which is the location that I don't have anymore.

Tiffany R. - looks like the problem has been solved. I can now view my correction channels + AREA location (PICO_STC_VHUB). Hopefully, it will stay this way.
