Turbo Tax Filing

I have been trying to e-file my Turbo Tax Premier Federal and State Returns. The on-line location for e-filing (TurboTax) site seems to prevent me from paying by credit card and I have done in years past. I spent about 4 hours yesterday working with Turbo Tax support and we/they are stumped. Is there anything I can do to my internet settings to allow the site to be contacted?

Hi Mike, are you on a wired or wireless connection? If wireless, please try connecting directly to the modem. Restart the modem and computer. Then try to file again. Did the techs at TurboTax have any record of any other customers experiencing similar issues?
