Switch of Cox TV Service

Hello Cox,

I am interested in switching my Cox TV service from Cox Essential to Cox TV Starter to reduce the cost of my cable service.  

I am wondering if I will get to select the 10 channels I will receive or if Cox has an automatic 10-channel reception list that will be used.  

Cox Cable and Internet is excellent!  I will keep my Cox Internet account as it is and continue to use and enjoy it.  However, my budget requires that I seek to reduce the cost of my cable service.

Please advise my next move regarding re-adjustment and account amendment.  Thank you.
