Support Articles Missing for CableCARDs and Tuning Adapters

It looks like the articles for CableCARD Self Installs (Motorola and Cisco) have been combined into http://bit.ly/TA_Kits. (The full link is http://www.cox.com/residential/support/tv/article.cox?articleId=a6842300-fad1-11de-f523-000000000000.)

I was told that the CableCARD FAQs article and the CableCARD and Retail Devices articles were being combined, so that might be why both are missing. Thanks for letting me know! I'll let the content authors know that we need it restored as quickly as possible.

The Link you provided above is for the Tuning Adapters only.

There needs to be a separate Support Article for Self Install of the CableCARD. which links to the PDF of the process and phone number to call. Here is that PDF that needs the Page for Cisco, and then there should be one for Motorola:

The CableCARD Self Install Support Articles Still have NOT been restored.

These are the Support Articles that link to the PDF.

There needs to be a separate Support Article for Self Install of the CableCARD. which links to the PDF of the process and phone number to call. Here is that PDF that needs the Page for Cisco, and then there should be one for Motorola:

I've sent this back up for correction. I think our best bet is to at least ensure the pdf's for cable card installation are included in the article http://www.cox.com/residential/support/phone/article.cox?articleId=49c38700-c2a8-11e0-74fe-000000000000 
I'll let you know what I hear back.

A Phone support link is an inappropriate place to place these articles,  However as long as they are Searchable from the TV Support tab then that should work, A dedicated page as in the Tuning Adapter Article seems much more appropriate.

I have decided to File a Complaint with the FCC.
