SRM CRI Error (044)
While attempting to view BBC America on Free Zone it says unable to fulfill request and the error is SRM CRI Error (044). This has been an on going issue. Is there anyway to resolve this?

Got it fixed. Thank you again for your help. What it turned out to be was I didn't have BBC. I do now
