I need to add another tv to my system, What type of splitter do I use? Is there a certain brand or db level required?

Any RG6 splitter will work fine. No special requirements.

Where do I find one? Any db limitations? What about those rubber gaskets? that are on the one the Cox installer used?

Your market should currently be in the starting step of completing our Go All Digital transition. You will no longer be able to get a signal straight from the wall.
