What speeds are you getting? What speeds should you be getting? Are you connecting direct to the DPQ3212 or through a router? What kind of router? How are you connected to it? Need alot more info on the problem.

Cox sped up the connection over the cable, they didn't speed up either WiFi or wired Ethernet. If everything is working correctly you should see the increased speeds over either wired or wireless. Cox didn't single out one method over the other. ASMOF, when testing the connection, users are told to bypass any WiFi router and connect directly to the modem using hard wired Ethernet. This tends to give more accurate results.
If you are having a problem, please post the details as Health Edge said. We need to know what plan you are on (target speed), what you are getting and how you are connected to the 3212.
