I checked on that ticket status, I do not see that it has been resolved yet. Here is the ticket number - HLP000004365904. Escalated issues can take 24-72 hours to resolve. If you would like to follow-up on this if you do not hear back from us in a day or so, please contact the support center by phone and provide the ticket number.

It is still not fixed, and now my phone line is dead as well. Cox support is telling me that the modem I have is not registered in the system and its the same modem that has been on my account since the install date. Its a Cisco DPQ3212, but they think I have a surfboard. Tech was supposed to come out yesterday and didn't show.
On with support again, and they seem to not have a clue whats going on.

What mode modem do you have? The DPQ3212? If so, that should work. Arizona was upgraded 7/21/2014 .
Are you connecting direct to the modem or through a router?
Last, what speeds ARE you seeing and how are you testing them?

Yes as noted its the Cisco modem. The modem should be fine, Cox can't seem to get it initialzed or in the system correctly. Something about the serial number won't take, but the modem has been in for 2 years.
Speeds are being measured directly connected to modem and using the cox speed test page.
Best thing is they want me to call, but my phone is down. Want me to wait 5 days to get someone out to fix it.
Ridiculous service. They tried to fix it and broke my phone line in the process.
