I just got your new mini box in Fairfax, VA. Some of the channels are not coming in, namely the major networks. I wonder if it's a bandwidth issue? Is the signal strength planing to be strong come January 16th when you cut to digital only? Please advise.
I will note that I re-booted the box, and FOX came in only. The others still do not, making me concerned about bandwidth to some channels.

Is your mini box connected to the coax through a splitter? A signal issue is certainly a possibility. Do you have cable receivers other than the mini box? If so, have you noticed any issues on the other receivers? Tiling, freezing, recording problems, channels missing, etc.

I put in another mini box in another location and dont have the problem. So I think it's bandwidth to that outlet. I have 3 full DVR boxes, and 2 mini boxes. Only one mini box is having performance issues.

and no...no splitter on the box with performance issues. Coax into the mini box and HDMI to the TV.

I will try that to see if maybe it's a box issue. If we have the same issue with both boxes at that location, then we know it's the outlet.
