Slow speed

I just moved and transferred my Cox internet. My speed is only 17 Mbps, while I am paying for much more.  Please check and correct.

Unfortunately you won't be able to get the advertised speeds with the modem provisioned on the account.  I'd suggest looking into an upgrade to a DOCSIS 3.0 based device.  See the following link for a list of approved devices listed by recommended tier of service:
