My guess is interference with one of your splitters. Notice the higher upstream on the higher frequency? Also, notice those channels are stuck on 16QAM? Try replacing the splitter or bypassing it and seeing what your signal levels are. If you don't have one, could you explain the cable wiring in your house?

Well we have the box on the side of the house (west side) that all the cable wiring runs to.  From there have cable running to east side of house where the modem is connected.  As for the rest of what your asking is Greek to me, lol.  But thank you for your reply.

So the connection from the box on side of the house to the room where the modem is direct? No splitters or couplers? If so, then I would suggest calling and requesting a technician. Either something wrong with the splitter in the box, or with the line that goes around the house to the modem.

Make sure you have no splitters, and do a test running a single cable directly to the modem from where it comes to the box. If that works and solves the issue, the problem is a line between the box and the modem, probably a splitter. There's a lot of noise or interference somewhere according to your logs with the T3 timeouts. You might need to just do a service tech. If you aren't already paying for the insurance, you should call and buy 3 months (I think it's 7 bucks a month with a minimum 3 months) and get a tech out, otherwise you will most likely pay a $50 service call fee if the issue is inside your premises between the box and the modem, and I bet it is.
