Slow internet connection to Chicago
Why do I have 1/3 the ping when I try to use a server in Chicago. My Dallas speed is 132 and my Chicago speed is 52???

Paths to different destinations will always vary in terms of distance, performance, etc. If you can get some trace routes to the destinations you're trying to reach we can look to see if there are any problems that need to be addressed.

Also, where are you located?
Pings also depend on the other end's connection -
I can have a ping sub 20ms to phoenix az, but 100+ to london UK
