Several recent ABC episodes taking a long time to enter Demand lineup

Specifically, Secrets and Lies has not updated in over 2 weeks and How to Get Away With Murder took almost a week before the most recent episode became available on OnDemand.  Why soooo slow??  Why can't they be available the next day or so?  Who is responsible for the updates...ABC or Cox?
