In the past if I selected a channel (for example 2151) to change to at a later time, it would change to that channel.
Now if I select a channel ( for example 2151) to change to at a future time, I get channel 151.
Upon investigation, I find that both 2151 and 151 are highlighted.
What is going on?

Cox offers both standard definition (SD) and high definition (HD) versions of each channel. In this case, channel 151 is H2, and channel 2151 is H2-HD.
A feature called HD Auto-Tune might be interfering with what you are trying to do. The HD Auto-Tune feature was designed so that no matter what channel you select in the Guide, the cable receiver will always change to an HD channel (if one is available).
It sounds like HD Auto-Tune is set to OFF, and rather than follow your request to tune to channel 2151, the receiver selects channel 151 (SD). I can see how this would be frustrating!
Try this test for me. On your remote, click on the Settings button, and then navigate to More Settings > My Preferences > Auto-Tune to HD. Is HD Auto-Tune set to On or Off? If on, turn off, and vice versa. Then reset the "change at a set time" feature. Does it now tune to your chosen channel?
If not, please let us know so we can further investigate.

The HD auto-tune was turned on.
I turned the HD auto-tune off and things seem to work right.
Thanks

The HD Auto-Tune feature should not be interfering in other settings or functions, so it seems we found a bug. I've forwarded your post to our software team so we investigate further, and to ensure that this issue is addressed in a future software update. Thanks again!
