Send a text from my computer rather than by phone
I had a formula from you for sending a text message from my computer instead of my phone but accidentally deleted it.
For example, one formula was: enter the 10-digit phone number and then add @vtext.com (this was to a phone that had Verizon as the carrier). I'd like to see the format list again because there are some messages I need to send to 'gmail' users, etc. If you send it to me I PROMISE I won't delete it this time around.... darn. Thanks in advance!

You mean this? As for gmail users, do you mean Google Phone or Voice service? If it was ordinary gmail, it would just be normal user@gmail.com
