Secure Online Backup Software for Mac
Anyone hear when the backup software for Mac will be updated to support Mountain Lion? I've never been able to log into the client even though the web interface works just fine. I spoke with tech support and they said it wasn't supported yet but would be soon. It's been a couple months now so I'm just looking for an update.
To clarify, when I launch the software prefrences it asks me to log in but when I give it my credientials it comes back saying it's incorrect even though I can take the same info and log into the web version just fine.

I am glad to learn that this is an issue, I only recently installed the mac application and was given the run-around when I called cox about this issue.
While it sucks, at least I have closure. Hopefully they can get this sorted out sometime soon.

The prolonged silence on this issue in multiple threads is disheartening for folks like myself that live in a Mac-only household. I just signed up for Cox service and bundled online storage was one of the features that drew me to Cox. Is there not a path to upgrade the backup software to a modern version of OS X? If not, are there other working methods (which eliminates the website) such as FTP?

The software download page at https://backup.cox.com/application/Secure/Software/Default.aspx (login required) now states "Compatible with Mac OS® X version 10.5 through 10.8 on Intel®-based Macintosh® computers" - is anyone still having issues?
