screen guide discrepancy, channel 1352
Right now, Thu, april 7/2016, 2:10 pm PST (Goleta, California), for the channel 1352 = TMCXPHD:
- the screen guide (and the online guide): "The Dramatics: A Comedy" (from 1 pm to 2:30 pm)
- on the screen runs: "The weight of Water" (which the guides claim to run from 4 pm)
So, earlier I set my DVR to record "The Dramatics: A Comedy", but the DVR is recording the wrong program.
The other channels don't exhibit this discrepancy.
Please take the necessary action to fix it, and to not happen again.

PS: This problem, the 3 hour discrepancy between the guides and the currently running program happened before, on various channels, then disappeared. It never happens on all the channels, and I suspect there is a logistics problem on your side with the synchronization of the PST / EST times of the programs with the guides.

I'm still waiting for a reply from cox on this issue that keeps popping up on various channels.

Right now. 5:46 pm PST, Tue, April 12, I watch "Sling Blade", that the screen-guide claims to run 3 hours from now, starting at 8 pm. The guide says that "The Hundred-Foot Journey" is running now, until 6:20 pm.
It is like I get the EST program feed, with the PST guide information.
As far as I can say for the other channels the guide is synchronized with the shows that are running.
Also, as far as I can say, all programs / shows on channel #1352 are desynchronized.
