Scrambled Channels

Recently I have had the issue of my channels and audio being scrambled. Very similar to if you had an antenna hooked up and were receiving a bad/weak signal. Checked cables and everything looked good, so I ran a receiver test and it found 2 issues. Code 10.1.9 & 10.1.32. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Marc1024, I suggest checking all the cable connections to make sure they are tight. Then unplug the power cord for about two minutes, and plug it back in. Let the cable box take time to reset. Then check to see if you are missing any channels. The reboot times can vary so make sure to allow sufficient time for the cable box to reload, say approximately 20-30 minutes then check it. If you have any splitters on the line, remember to check them as well. I would suggest connecting the TV directly to the wall outlet.
