Sb6141 firmware .... Speed issues ?
Hi
i just upgraded my modem to a docsis 3.0 Motorola sb6141 modem and also upgraded my package to cox premier . However I'm only getting speeds between 25-30 not closer to 40-50 mbs like what the premier package says it should be . Please advice ? Thanks

You probably have the DOCSIS 2.0(D2) Premier service code on your account, or the system just hasn't sent the update yet. I say give it a day or two to update and if still an issue then either call up or see this thread.
PS. We really need to make a sticky for this.

Thanks for the reply:) is there anyway to check for sure if it's still the docsis 2.0 premier service code rather than 3.0 that it should be? Thanks
