Router Startup Password

What is the username and password you need to change the settings (network name, etc.) on your router when they initially install it? I had the internet and phone service installed this morning and they gave me a Ubee Docsis 3.0 WeMTA modem/router. I have been able to access it with 192.169.0.1, but none of the username password combinations I have tried will let me in. With most routers, the startup username is administrator with no password. Can someone please tell me how to get in so I can change my network name and password. There were no instructions in the box for this. Thanks,
