Retrieving deleted emails

How did you delete it? From a program like outlook or from webmail? If webmail, you might be able to find a copy in the "Trash" folder on the left hand side. Unless you set your preference to not use the trash folder. If it's outlook, it would depend how you have it configured, but this article may be helpful.

Were the suggestions that Health Edge provided helpful? If you use Outlook and the "recover" function doesn't work, log into Cox WebMail at www.cox.net and see if a copy of the emails are still on the server. (This will depend on how your settings within Outlook are configured. Get more info about leaving a copy of your emails on the email server HERE.)
