[RESOLVED] SB6183 needs firmware update
EDIT: Cox tier 2 phone support pushed the latest version SB6183-9.2.0.0-GA-04-37-NOSH
Per other forum posts my firmware is out of date: SB6183-9.2.0.0-GA-03-29-NOSH and I would like it updated.
I'm having serious connectivity problems where it randomly after 10-30 minutes drops down to a 1mbit or less connection with a lot of packet loss until I reboot the modem.
A technician just fixed my signal issues today (power levels -10 to -15) and they are all 0 to -3 now but this drop off persists.

The firmware did not resolve the issue so I returned it for another one.
Everything is working fine now and my signal levels are perfect so I don't expect I'll have any more problems.
