I would like to request for this channel. I've been waiting for a while and you guys still don't have this channel.
you can add it to the latino package.

Check your local newspaper's legal section. From San Diego's UT legal section:
"Cox Communications announces the following change to the channel lineup in our San Diego North and South service areas: effective on or about August 29, 2013, Cox Communications California will launch Univision Deportes HD (ch. 1069) in Digital Essential, Latino Pak and El Mix and Cine Estelar (ch. 444) in Latino Pak and El Mix. Televisions and other consumer owned devices equipped with a CableCARD may require a two way capable device or digital receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox. pub: 8/03/2013."
