Remote Control
The buttons on my current remote control are hard to push and do not work when I need them to. How do I get a new remote control?

There are two options to choose from. You're able to swap this remote at the nearest Solution Store at your convenience. It comes with fresh batteries and a booklet to program the remote to your TV, Sound system, etc. We're also able to drop ship a remote to you, but this takes several days to arrive in the mail. -Dustin
