recover webpage

My internet has trouble holding a request,i.e. att.com not responding. I will have to request click the popup box to recover the "recover webpage" and wait for answer. During this time, another popup advised "windows is looking for a answer" and I have to cancel the request. Any ideas?

I would suggest as a first troubleshooting step to disconnect power to the modem and router as well as shutdown the PC.  With everything off, try powering on the modem first, then router, and then power on the PC again and see if a reset helps any.

Sounds your browser is crashing, then when you go to reopen it, it asks if you want to recover it. What browser (program) do you use to go online? Sounds like your having some computer problems. Any other popups? Like when you turn the computer on and off?
