I have a Cisco DPC3825 and the firmware is dated April of 2012. How do I update it? or where can I look for updated versions? surely there must be a newer version by now?? I've updated dsl's before but how do I do cablemodem/gateways? thanks for any tips

Hi stevebic, you cannot update the device from your end. We update the firmware as needed to address specific issues. Also, we test the any firmware updates to make sure they do not cause any performance issues.
Are you experiencing any issues with the equipments performance?
